Delete your EZBridge account

EZBridge users can permanently delete their account and associated personal data.

Delete your account from EZBridge

  1. Sign in to EZBridge.
  2. Open your Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Select Delete my account and confirm.

The app securely records the deletion request, processes account deletion through an authenticated server-side function, removes the active sign-in account, and signs the device out when deletion completes.

What is deleted

EZBridge deletes the active authentication account and associated personal data that can be safely removed. User-owned uploaded files are also removed where technically linked to the account.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained or de-identified where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, transaction integrity, financial recordkeeping, or enforcement of agreements. Where dispute records must remain, direct user references are cleared when possible.
