Define the juice specification
State whether you need frozen concentrated orange juice, not-from-concentrate juice or another format. Include target Brix, pulp level, acidity, ingredient requirements, processing expectations, packaging and intended use.
Packaging and logistics
RFQs should identify drum, bulk or other packaging requirements, shipment size, temperature conditions, destination port, delivery schedule and Incoterm. Shelf-life and storage expectations should also be clear before quoting.
Supplier documentation
Buyers may request food-safety certifications, plant information, certificates of analysis, origin documents, traceability records and destination-market compliance information. Verify all documents independently before contracting.
