Specify part number or function, electrical ratings, dimensions, materials, firmware or software requirements if applicable, required certifications, packaging, annual volume and target delivery schedule. For custom products, include drawings, BOMs or reference samples.
Supplier qualification
Buyers can request factory capabilities, quality-system certifications, inspection procedures, traceability controls, sample terms, tooling requirements and production lead times. For critical components, define acceptable substitutions and lifecycle expectations.
Compliance considerations
Applicable electrical safety, EMC, environmental and market-access requirements vary by product and destination. Buyers should independently confirm all required certifications and import obligations.
