Useful quotations can include mill certificates, chemical and mechanical properties, production route, origin, available standards, tolerances, coating data, bundle or coil weights, lead time and loading port.
Commercial checks
Confirm Incoterms, inspection requirements, payment terms, freight assumptions and whether third-party testing or pre-shipment inspection is needed before commitment.
