EZBridge is a global business-to-business marketplace that helps buyers, suppliers, and brokers discover opportunities, publish and respond to RFQs, exchange quotes, communicate, manage business profiles, and use company-verification features.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use EZBridge, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, preferred language, role, profile image, and authentication information; business information such as company name, location, website, industry, registration details, and verification materials; marketplace content such as product listings, RFQs, quotes, saved items, messages, and notifications; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and maintain accounts, provide marketplace and messaging features, support company verification, connect users with relevant marketplace activity, operate notifications and support, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve EZBridge.

Business and user-generated content

Information that you intentionally publish in marketplace listings, company profiles, RFQs, quotes, or similar marketplace areas may be visible to other EZBridge users as part of the service. Private verification documents and authentication credentials are not intended to be public.

AI-assisted features

When you choose to use EZBridge AI features, the text and marketplace context needed for the requested task may be sent to a third-party AI service provider acting as a processor. This can include chat prompts, RFQ drafting text, quote-comparison context, supplier-search context, or translation text. We use this information only to provide the requested AI-assisted functionality and do not use AI features to make binding trade, legal, credit, or verification decisions for you.

Service providers

EZBridge relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to host the application, store data, provide authentication, operate AI-assisted features, deliver web and mobile functionality, and provide related technical services. These providers may process information on our behalf subject to their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods can vary depending on the type of information and why it is held.

Account deletion

You may delete your EZBridge account from the Profile area of the app. The deletion flow removes the active sign-in account and associated personal data. Some records may be retained or de-identified where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction integrity, dispute handling, or legitimate business-record obligations. If you cannot access your account, use our public account deletion page or contact support@ezbridgeglobal.com.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, restricted handling of private verification materials, row-level database access controls, and authenticated server-side processing for sensitive operations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update certain account and company information through EZBridge. You may also contact us regarding access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions using the email below.

Children

EZBridge is a business marketplace and is not designed for children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as EZBridge changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.
