Metallized CPP Film 25 mic for Yogurt Cup Lidding

Metallized CPP (cast polypropylene) film, 25 micrometer, is a vacuum-metallized non-oriented PP film produced by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. The 25-mic metallized CPP combines the softness, heat-seal reliability and chemical resistance of cast PP with the light/oxygen barrier and metallic appearance of an aluminum deposit, making it the standard sealing/lidding layer for yogurt and dairy cups, fresh-fruit and pudding pots, margarine and butter tubs, dessert and ice-cream containers, and pharmaceutical and cosmetic jars. The metallized CPP heat-seals cleanly to PET, PS and paper cups at 150–180 °C and supports cold-peel, easy-open and perforated tear-line structures. Widths from 500 mm to 1400 mm, supplied on 3" or 6" paper cores, palletized. Pricing and terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB mainland China ports; MOQ 1,000 kg; monthly capacity up to 500 metric tons; lead time 15–25 days from order confirmation; payment by T/T; packing on 3"/6" paper cores, palletized. AEC GROUP offers both high-barrier and printable metallized CPP grades, with corona/ADH treatment and high-gloss or pearlized surfaces.
