Metallized PET Film 12 Micron High Barrier Laminating Grade

AEC GROUP offers 12-micron metallized PET film in high-barrier laminating grade, vacuum-aluminium coated on a clear PET substrate for superior oxygen and moisture resistance while keeping weight low. Typical density around 1.38 g/cm³, tensile strength roughly 200 MPa machine direction, thermal stability up to 220 °C makes it suited to high-speed co-extrusion and chill-roll lamination in multilayer flexible packaging. Common applications include retort and stand-up pouches, snack and coffee bags, pharma blister lidding, and industrial moisture-critical wraps. Each roll is slit to the customer width, wound on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, shrink-wrapped and strapped on export wooden pallets. FOB USD 2.00 per kilogram, MOQ 1000 kg (one ton), monthly supply up to 500 metric tons, deliveryped and strapped on export wooden pallets.
