White Opaque BOPP Film 36 Micron for Label Stock

AEC GROUP produces a 36-micron white opaque BOPP film built as a label-stock substrate for shrink-sleeve, pressure-sensitive and thermal-transfer labels. The 36 µm gauge delivers solid opacity and scuff resistance so printed graphics pop without show-through, and the smooth, treated surface accepts ink, adhesive and overprint varnish with consistent laydown and drying. Film holds dimensional stability through high-speed rotary and sheet-fed label presses and converts cleanly with sharp die-cutting, clean perforation and steady winding. Sourced from Anhui Eastern Communication's Hefei plant, the master roll is available on 3" or 6" paper cores and ships on wooden pallets with tight thickness tolerance (±2–3 µm).
