BOPET Film for Printing Plate Base

BOPET film for printing plate base, 100 to 175 micron, width 300 to 1400 mm, with high dimensional stability, flatness and surface smoothness for consistent plate making. Used as the substrate for photopolymer printing plates in flexographic and letterpress applications. Low moisture absorption and good layflat keep registration accurate through repeated plate mounting cycles. Rolls on 76 mm paper cores, wrapped in PE film and packed in five ply export cartons, 18 to 22 metric tons per 40 foot container. Minimum order 500 kilograms. Lead time 15 to 25 days after deposit. Customised width, core size and treatment available.
