PVC shrink sleeve film 120 mic by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. A heat-activated polyvinyl chloride (PVC) shrink sleeve in the 110-130 mic range engineered for tight, full-body and partial body sleeve labels on PET, PC and glass bottles in beverages, personal-care, cleaning and cosmetics products. PVC's characteristically fast, uniform and aggressive shrink at moderate tunnel temperatures lets converters wrap and recover highly contoured profiles - narrow necks, oval cross-sections, ergonomic grips and threaded closures - with a tight, wrinkle-free fit and sharp edge recovery. The film holds high gloss and wide ink-receptivity for both face and reverse printing, supports 2 to 7 colors including spot UV, metallic and security inks, and keeps good clarity when a printed sleeve is not required. Standard grades are supplied with a balance of transverse-to-longitudinal shrink ratios for either full-body wrap or half-sleeve applications; anti-blocking and release-coat options are available for converters who reel sleeves back-to-back.
