Metallized BOPP film, 24-micron gauge on a 1480 mm web - a lightweight, aluminium-vapour-deposited polypropylene film whose high reflective surface and strong oxygen and moisture barrier make it the standard outer layer for laminated snack, coffee and stand-up pouches. The metalisation delivers a bright metallic appearance that elevates shelf impact, while the thin gauge keeps structure light and converts cleanly on heat-seal and form-fill-seal equipment without pinholing. The BOPP face bonds well to common adhesives and laminating structures, and the film lays flat with low static so pouch filling and printing run steadily. The 1480 mm width fits standard laminating and printing formats. Wound on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, shrink-wrapped and packed on wooden pallets.
