26-micron PVDC-coated BOPP film, 1710 mm wide, for tea-pack overwraps, leaf-tea and tea-bag pouches, and other high-barrier food packs that demand excellent oxygen and aroma retention. The PVDC tie-layer is bonded to a BOPP carrier to deliver very low oxygen transmission and strong moisture resistance, keeping tea leaves, coffee, herbs and spices fresh while protecting flavour and scent through retail shelf life. The outer BOPP provides heat-sealability and a printable surface for flexo/rotogravure graphics that hold colour on vertical form-fill-seal and horizontal packaging lines. Reels are wound on 3" and 6" paper cores and ship shrink-wrapped on wooden pallets for clean warehouse handling. Typical applications include pyramid-tea pouches, loose-leaf tea overwraps, spice sachets and snack-style tea packs.
