CPP Film 34 Micron Width 1210 mm for Retort Pouches

A CPP (cast polypropylene) film from Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), a manufacturer and trader based in Hefei, Anhui, China, produced to 34 microns with a 1210 mm width for retort and high-temperature food-packaging applications. CPP is chosen as the inner seal layer of retort pouches because its amorphous structure keeps the seal intact through pressurised steam retort cycles at 121 °C and above, while the 34-micron thickness holds up to the fill, carry and pasteurisation steps of ready-meal, pet-food and vacuum-packed meat or vegetable retort packs without gelling or stress cracking. The 1210 mm width fits the main rotary and vertical form–fill–seal lines used for stand-up, pillow and three-side-seal retort formats, and the film offers good heat-seal strength, low block, and a smooth surface for printing and for lamination to BOPP, nylon or aluminium. Supplied on 3" and 6" paper cores, wrapped and loaded on wooden pallets. Unit kilogram; MOQ 1000 kg, monthly supply up to 500 tons, delivery 15–25 days. Pricing FOB USD 2.00 per kg; payment by T/T.
