BOPET 5 Micron High-Barrier Aluminum Laminate Carrier Film for Pharmaceutical Blister Packaging
AEC GROUP offers a 5-micron BOPET (biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate) carrier film engineered as the high-barrier PET layer inside Alu-PET-Alu pharmaceutical blister lamination. The film delivers outstanding dimensional stability, pinhole-free clarity, and excellent ink/keycoat adhesion, so printed dosage panels stay sharp and the aluminium vapour coat bonds uniformly. Its low thickness keeps stack weight down while still resisting the heat, pressure, and chemical exposure of continuous cold-form blister tooling and high-speed stamping. Standard supply is 3" and 6" paper-core rolls wound and palletised for cleanroom handling. Typical end-uses: Alu-PET-Alu cold-formed blister packs for tablets and capsules, push-through blister lidding carriers, and pharmaceutical Sachet/Strip lamination where a strong oxygen and moisture barrier is required. Terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB; MOQ 1000 kg; 500 tons/month; lead time 15-25 days; T/T; packed on 3"/6" paper cores on wooden pallets. Unit: kilogram. English description, fresh wording per title.mly.
