BOPET polyester film 100 mic by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. A heavy-gauge biaxially oriented polyester (BOPET) film in the 90-100 mic range developed for inflatable and decorative products, most notably mylar balloons, air pillows, insulation blankets and industrial inflatable assemblies where tear resistance and low gas permeation are critical. The thicker gauge delivers high puncture strength and excellent heat-seal performance while retaining the stiffness and flatness converters need for automated sealing and printing. Both faces can be supplied clear, tinted, metallized, printed or anti-static by agreement; corona treatment standard for rotogravure, flexo and UV ink adhesion on the print side, with the opposite side kept non-treated for clean hot-air or impulse heat sealing. Typical thickness 100 mic with tolerance suitable for precision sealing of balloon blanks; width up to the full mother-roll of the line. Supply terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB, MOQ 1000 kg, 500 tons/month capacity, delivery 15-25 days, payment T/T. Standard 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, packed on export pallets.
