Anti-Fog BOPP Film 25 Micron Width 1400 mm for Salad Packs

Anti-fog BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film, 25 micron gauge on a 1400 mm web, engineered as the outer layer of fresh-salad and produce packs where surface clarity, anti-condensation performance and a clean, gloss-free appearance are required to keep the product visible through retail display. The anti-fog function is imparted by a dispersed, water-soluble additive system within the BOPP structure that migrates to the inner film surface and reduces the surface tension of condensation droplets so they spread into a transparent film rather than scattering light. The structure heat seals reliably on impulse and continuous-seal machines and offers good tear resistance and drop performance. Supplied on standard 3 inch and 6 inch paper cores, wrapped and packed on wooden pallets for export. Applications: fresh salad bag and clamshell outer films, fruit and vegetable display packs, deli and ready-meal anti-fog overwraps.
