BOPET Metallized Film 18 Micron for Tea Bag and Capsule Lidding

AEC GROUP exports a metallised BOPET film at 18 microns developed for tea-bag and coffee-capsule lidding, shipped to 80+ countries from Hefei, China. A continuous aluminium vacuum-deposition on a clear BOPET base gives the lidding high light and oxygen barrier, moisture resistance, and a decorative metallic finish while keeping the web thin, stiff and easy to form over cups and trays. The film supports easy-open notches, clean heat-seal initiation to aluminium trays and PE-coated paper tea bags, and holds printed branding without migration. Reels are provided on 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, wrapped and on wooden pallets, T/T terms. FOB USD 2.00 per kilogram; MOQ 1000 kg; monthly supply around 500 metric tons; lead time 15-25 days.
