CPP Retort Film for Sterilisation

Retort grade CPP film, 60 to 80 micron, width 300 to 1000 mm, for sterilisation at 121 to 135 degrees. Maintains strong seal integrity after high pressure cooking, low extractables meeting food contact regulations, and high puncture resistance for bone in and chunky products. Used as the sealant layer in retort pouches for ready meals, pet food and sterilised soups. Rolls on 76 mm paper cores, wrapped in PE film and packed in five ply export cartons, 18 to 22 metric tons per 40 foot container. Minimum order 500 kilograms. Lead time 15 to 25 days after deposit. Customised width, core size and treatment available.
