The cast PP base delivers a soft, smooth surface, excellent print gloss, low thermal-shrinkage and reliable heat-seal performance at the lamination nip, so printed laminates open cleanly and seal layers bond without voids. Roll ends are wrapped and banded on 3" and 6" paper cores, then stacked on wooden pallets for safe transit. Specifications: CPP base 43 micron, width 1440 mm; unit kilogram.
