AEC GROUP manufactures PVDC-coated BOPP film at 30 micron gauge on a 1350 mm web, designed for snack-pack barrier applications that demand extended shelf life and robust protection against oxygen and flavour loss. The PVDC (polyvinylidene chloride) coat forms a dense, uniform barrier layer over the oriented BOPP substrate, preserving the crispness of fried snacks, biscuits and nuts while keeping the film printable, heat-sealable and lightweight on vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal equipment. Rolls are wound on 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, each coil shrink-wrapped and strapped on wooden pallets, shipped under FOB terms from Hefei. Typical applications include chips and nuts bags, extruded-snack pouches, cracker packs, confectionery intermediate wraps and retail promotional snack packs for FMCG brands and food-packaging converters.
