CPP cast polypropylene film 20 mic by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp.& Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. A high-clarity cast polypropylene (CPP) base film engineered for heat-sealable food and bakery packaging. At 20 mic the film combines good heat-seal initiation, low blocking and excellent gloss to give baked goods, pastry and snack pouches a clean, premium window with fast seal-bonding on vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal equipment. The CPP substrate tolerates high-temperature baking, steam and short-time oven exposure without yellowing, while retaining impact resistance and drop performance on the finished pack. Both sides available with corona treatment for direct rotogravure printing; one side optionally provided with PE-AC, silicone or light adhesive for co-extrusion and lamination to BOPP, PET or aluminum foil in snack structures. Typical applications include fresh-bread bags, cake trays, fried-snack pouches and cheese slices wrap. Supply terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB, MOQ 1000 kg, 500 tons/month capacity, delivery 15-25 days, payment T/T. Standard 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, packed on export pallets.
