AEC GROUP supplies 30-micron BOPP high-gloss lamination film as the printed outer layer for confectionery, biscuit, cake-decoration and bakery retail pouches where shelf-impact gloss and ink brilliance are the selling point. The biaxially oriented PP film is corona-treated for excellent surface energy so rotogrive and flexo inks lay down sharp, saturated brand graphics with a tight varnish topcoat, and the same face bonds strongly to polyethylene, polyacrylate, PVDC and solventless lamination adhesives that tie it to CPP, PET, foil and paper inner layers in chocolate, toffee, wafer, biscuit, cookie and cake-decorating-powder packs. High machine-direction and transverse-direction strength, low moisture absorption and good heat stability let the printed outer run through chill-roll, tensioner and I-bar sealer stations on high-speed form-fill-seal and horizontal flow-wrap equipment without stretch-set, wrinkling or print-offset. Widths from 500 mm to 1800 mm; supplied on 3" and 6" paper cores, shrink-wrapped and palletized for export. Typical applications: confectionery, biscuit and bakery pouch outer, chocolate and toffee flow-wrap printed layer, cake-decorating-powder and fondant pouch, solventless, poly and PVDC adhesive lamination.
