BOPP Thermal Lamination Film 30 mic for label and shrink sleeve applications. Supplied by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. This 30-mic BOPP film is engineered with a thermal lamination coating that activates cleanly in a heat-seal nip to bond labels, sleeves, and overwrap layers to a wide range of substrates. The film offers consistent heat-seal onset, high initial tack, and good open-mouth resistance, making it a reliable choice for shrink-sleeve labeling, wrap-around label lamination, and label-lay-on operations where a tight bond is critical. Typical widths and slit rolls are produced to customer spec, with tight gauge and machine-direction tension control so labels register without skew or wrinkling. The surface is treated to accept aqueous and solvent inks for high-definition flexo and gravure printing, allowing the label stock to be printed inline before lamination. Compared with higher-gauge lamination films, this 30-mic grade keeps web cost and heat input down while still delivering the shear and peel strength that label converters need. It is compatible with standard PE and EVA hot-melt laminating adhesives as well as solvent-free lamination coatings.
