BOPP Metallized Film for Flexible Packaging

Metallized BOPP film with aluminium coating at optical density 2.0 to 2.5, thickness 18 to 30 micron, width 300 to 1200 mm. Provides high barrier against moisture, oxygen and light, protecting snacks, biscuits, coffee and confectionery. Excellent dead fold for twist wrap, bright metallic appearance for premium branding, and low seal temperature for heat sensitive products. Water vapour transmission below 1.0 g per square metre per day. Corona treated on the unmetallized side for printing. Food contact compliant. Rolls on 76 mm paper cores, wrapped in PE film and packed in five ply export cartons, 18 to 22 metric tons per 40 foot container. Minimum order 500 kilograms. Lead time 15 to 25 days after deposit. Customised width, core size and treatment available.
