Metallized BOPP Film 20 Micron for Sachet Packaging is a vacuum-deposited aluminum-coated biaxially oriented polypropylene film built for high-barrier, high-impact sachet applications. The 20-micron metallized layer provides outstanding oxygen and moisture barrier, excellent light shielding and a bright metallic surface that elevates shelf presence for snacks, instant noodles, tea, coffee, spice and pharmaceutical sachets. The film retains reliable heat-seal performance and low gusset cracking on high-speed form-fill-seal equipment, supporting both plain metallized and printed decorative versions. Produced by AEC GROUP, it is wound on 3"/6" paper cores, shrink-wrapped and loaded onto wooden pallets for containerized freight. Typical uses include single-sided and double-sided metallized sachet lamination, stand-up pouch barriers and moisture-sensitive dry-good wraps. FOB Shanghai/Ningbo at USD 2.00 per kilogram; MOQ 1,000 kg (1 ton). Supply capacity 500 tons per month, delivery 15–25 days, payment T/T. Unit of measure is the kilogram.
