BOPP Heat Sealable Film from AEC GROUP at 20 micron gauge, a heat-seal-coated polypropylene film supplied by this Hefei-based manufacturer and exporter of flexible packaging films and tapes. AEC's 20 mic heat-sealable BOPP carries a low-temperature sealing layer extrusion-coated onto one surface of a biaxially oriented BOPP web, so it produces a strong, clean heat seal onto itself or onto a sealing partner (PE, CPP, coated paper, metallized or plain BOPP) at lower ironing-bar temperatures, short dwell and minimal scorch on thin gusseted and stand-up pouches. The 20 mic gauge is the workhorse choice for flow-wrap and vertical-fill applications in snacks, instant noodles, cookies, biscuits, fresh-cut fruit and bakery where a fast, hermetic seal and good seal-integrity under moisture are required without adding bulk or haze to the package. Manufactured and exported by AEC GROUP; films are slit-reeled to standard or OEM widths with controlled seal-initiation temperature, good pinhole resistance and stable high-speed sealing. Packed on 3"/6" paper cores on export pallets with stretch-wrap and delivered in 15-25 days after order confirmation.
