BOPA Film for Retort Pouches

BOPA film for retort pouches, 12 to 25 micron, width 300 to 1000 mm, with excellent puncture and flex crack resistance through steam retort sterilisation at 121 degrees Celsius. High oxygen barrier extends shelf life of ready meals, curries, soups and pet food. Good thermoformability for deep drawn packs, strong seal through contaminated layers, and printable surface for high quality graphics. Rolls on 76 mm paper cores, wrapped in PE film and packed in five ply export cartons, 18 to 22 metric tons per 40 foot container. Minimum order 500 kilograms. Lead time 15 to 25 days after deposit. Customised width, core size and treatment available.
