Metallized biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) film, 25-micron gauge on a 1080 mm web, produced for snack-pouch packaging and light-blocking flexible-packaging laminates. A vacuum-deposited aluminum layer over the BOPP base delivers high optical reflectivity and a bright silver appearance that effectively retards light transmission, slows oxygen ingress, and helps guard the aroma and freshness of oily snacks, nuts, cookies, and other hygroscopic products while giving the pouch a premium shelf presence. The thin metallized structure keeps the film flexible and printable, runs cleanly on rotary-gravure and flexo lines, and laminates or seals without edge lifting, so it converts readily into stand-up, flat-bottom, and three-side-seal snack pouches. Supplied on 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, wrapped and loaded on wooden pallets for stable yard and warehouse handling. Unit of sale is kilogram.
