Metallized BOPP Film 20 Micron Width 1800 mm for Snack Pouches

AEC GROUP supplies metallized BOPP (M-BOPP) film at 20 micron gauge on a 1800 mm web, developed for snack-pouch lamination where a high optical barrier, good heat-seal adhesion and low cost per square meter are essential. The vacuum-deposited aluminum layer gives a bright metallic appearance and reliably cuts oxygen and odour transmission, keeping fried snacks and crackers fresh and crisp through extended shelf life. Our 1800 mm width is cut to match the full opening of mainstream pouch-making and vertical form-fill-seal lines, reducing splice frequency and helping converters run at higher speeds. Supply is backed by our Hefei factory at roughly 500 tons per month across our BOPP, metallized and CPP ranges. We wind rolls on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores and deliver them wrapped in stretch film on wooden pallets so they ship clean and arrive without edge damage.
