Metallized BOPP Film 30 Micron Aluminium Coated

Metallized BOPP film, 30 micron gauge, with a vacuum-deposited aluminium layer delivering higher mechanical strength and barrier performance than 25 micron metallized BOPP. The heavier substrate offers improved puncture and tear resistance for demanding co-extruded and extrusion-laminated pouch structures used in chips, fried snacks, coffee, dehydrated foods and pharmaceutical blister foils, where high oxygen and moisture barrier with a metallic appearance is required. Good heat-seal integrity on the uncoated BOPP face for VFFS and HFFS converting, gravure-printable on the metallized side.
