Pearlized BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film, 31 micron in gauge on a 1780 mm web, engineered for biscuit and shortbread multipack overwraps and the secondary packaging of baked goods. A dull, pearl-finished outer surface masks printing underlay, diffuses light for a premium, non-glossy look and resists scuff during palletization and retail handling, while the smooth inner skin heat-seals at standard impulse temperatures for tight, uniform seals. Typical applications cover bakery multipacks, wafer and cookie towers, biscuit sleeves and flow-wrap overwraps on form-fill-seal vertical packaging lines. Delivered on 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, shrink-wrapped and stacked on wooden pallets for forklift dispatch.
