Anti-Static BOPP Film 30 Micron

Anti-Static BOPP Film 30 Micron is a 30-micron biaxially oriented polypropylene film with a conductive anti-static surface treatment that reduces static buildup during high-speed converting, printing, lamination and packaging. Made by AEC GROUP in Hefei, China, this grade offers greater puncture resistance and tear strength than thinner films while keeping excellent clarity, stiffness and heat-seal performance. The anti-static surface dissipates charge quickly, reducing dust attraction, film sticking and misfeeds on flexo, gravure and digital presses plus flow-wrap and vertical form-fill-seal machines. It is used for anti-static protection of electronic and semiconductor components, medical and food packaging, and industrial protective wraps. Supplied on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, jumbo widths up to 1600 mm, custom slitting, packed on wooden pallets.
