CPP Cast Polypropylene Film 50 Micron Retort/General

CPP cast polypropylene film, 50 micron gauge, a heavier retort-grade heat-seal layer engineered for demanding flexible-packaging applications. This gauge offers enhanced puncture resistance, stiffer web handling and stronger, more durable seals on retort pouches, stand-up pouches, heavy-duty lidding and industrial overwrap. CPP is the inner sealing layer in co-extruded and extrusion-laminated multi-layer structures, pairing cleanly with PE/PP tie-layers and barrier films (metallized BOPP, PVDC, EVOH, Al foil) for shelf-life extension. Excellent hot tack, low seal-initiation temperature and good clarity balance productivity with performance on high-speed VFFS, HFFS and form-fill-seal lines. Supplied in jumbo rolls, blown or cast, with tight gauge and flatness control for reliable laminating. AEC GROUP supplies from Hefei with consistent output; pilot and full-production rolls and samples available. Packing on 3" and 6" paper-core reels, stretch-wrapped on wooden pallets to protect the sealing surface. Typical lead time 15-25 days. Payment T/T. FOB Shanghai or Ningbo.
