CPP Film 39 Micron Width 1160 mm for Gift Bags

AEC GROUP produces a 39-micron CPP (cast polypropylene) film on a 1160 mm web engineered for retail gift bags where a soft, glossy hand-feel and fast, low-temperature heat sealing are the priority. CPP's cast structure keeps the film dimensionally stable so printed gift bags lie flat after forming and do not draw-print or gape at the seams, while the matte-shiny balance flatters foil stamping, embossing and spot-gloss logos on the pouch front. It also seals cleanly at lower bar temperatures, which matters for thin-walled paper-composite gift bags that would scorch on a stiffer BOPP. Applications: single-sided and gusseted gift pouches for cosmetics, jewelry, bakery and confectionery, boutique retail and festival packaging, as well as inner liners for rigid gift boxes. Rolls on 3 inch or 6 inch paper cores, wrapped and on wooden pallets. Terms: FOB USD 2.00 per kilogram, MOQ 1000 kg, T/T, 15 to 25 days delivery, approximately 500 metric tons per month.
