AEC GROUP supplies clear BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film at 24 micron gauge on a 1520 mm width web for book-cover and textbook lamination. The clear, high-transparency 24-micron web gives a hard, glossy lamination finish over offset and digital book cover prints, protecting the artwork against abrasion, moisture and handling during binding, warehousing and long-run reading. The 1520 mm format matches wide-width hot-melt lamination lines used by commercial bookbinders, and the 24-micron gauge balances surface hardness, cost and flexibility for standard and slightly flexible covers including textbooks, exercise books, magazines, catalogues and educational titles. Compatible with EVA, APAO and ROPO hot-melt adhesives; both sides can be corona-treated for reliable adhesive bond and print-through. Available in pinhole-free, anti-blocking grades where requested. FOB USD 2.00 per kg; MOQ 1000 kg; monthly supply 500 tons; delivery 15–25 days by T/T. Rolls are wound on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, wrapped and packed on wooden pallets for export.
