PVDC Coated BOPP Film 25 Micron Width 1090 mm for Tea Packs

PVDC-coated BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film, 25 micron gauge on a 1090 mm web, supplied as the barrier layer of tea and loose-leaf tea packs where long-term aroma retention, moisture resistance and an upgraded oxygen barrier are required to preserve freshness over shelf life. The PVDC coating is applied by extrusion lamination to a biaxially stretched BOPP base, producing a clear, heat-sealable structure with good printability and a high seal-initiation temperature suited to vertical and horizontal tea-pack forming machines. Supplied on standard 3 inch and 6 inch paper cores, wrapped and packed on wooden pallets for export. Applications: tea bag and loose-leaf tea pouches, resealed tea stand-up packs, herbal infusion barrier liners. Terms: FOB USD 2.00 per kilogram; minimum order quantity 1000 kg; monthly supply capacity 500 metric tons; delivery lead time 15-25 days from order confirmation; payment by T/T; unit of sale is the kilogram.
