AEC GROUP offers 25-micron BOPP anti-fog film designed to keep fresh-produce, salad and bakery retail packs clear by suppressing internal condensation. A surface treatment is applied to the blown BOPP web so that moisture that migrates from produce breathes and temperature shifts does not bead into obscuring droplets on the face that the shopper sees — the pack remains visually clean and the product inside is clearly displayed throughout its shelf life. The modified BOPP substrate keeps the familiar combination of stiffness, sealability and machine runnability that fresh-tray and flow-wrap converters depend on, so the film slots into existing heat-seal and overwrap tooling without retooling. Spec: 25-micron BOPP anti-fog film, moisture-resistant surface treatment, transparent, food-packaging grade. Applications: salad and fresh-produce trays, bakery flow-wraps, deli and ready-meal overwraps, retail fresh packs. Packing: wound on 3"/6" paper cores, shrink-wrapped and loaded on wooden pallets.
