AEC GROUP produces 25-micron POF LLDPE shrink-sleeve film engineered for tight-contour shrink-wrapping of frozen pizza trays, retail multipack bundles, multipacks of water bottles and promotional six-packs in heat-tunnel and steam-shrink equipment. The copolymer LLDPE formulation delivers a balanced heat-shrink ratio across both machine and transverse directions so sleeves contract snugly at 110–140 °C without excessive draw-down, whitening or stress-cracking at tray corners and bottle necks. The film holds a low-melt adhesive layer on one face for sleeve applications and an anti-blocking treated outer surface so tubular stock runs without sticking, while the soft, hazy gloss suits frozen-food and beverage retail presentation where scuff resistance and hand-feel matter. Printed sleeves keep ink and varnish intact after the shrink step on gravure-decorated film. Widths from 400 mm to 1800 mm; supplied on 3" and 6" paper cores, shrink-wrapped and exported on wooden pallets. Typical applications: frozen pizza and ready-meal tray sleeve, multipack beverage and snack bundle shrink wrap, retail promotional pack overwrap, heat-tunnel and steam-shrink processing.
