AEC GROUP offers clear BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film at 21 micron gauge on a 1085 mm width web for hot-melt lamination of book covers, magazines, catalogues and promotional titles. The 21-micron clear web is a cost-effective book-lamination gauge that delivers good surface hardness and a sharp, high-gloss finish over offset and digital cover prints while keeping the cover edge flexible enough to lie flat on the binding spine and to resist cracking at the crease during handling and shelving. The 1085 mm parent width fits the narrower hot-melt lamination lines commonly found in regional and university-book binding shops, and the clear BOPP film preserves colour fidelity and image sharpness of cover artwork without yellowing or haze. Both surfaces can be corona-treated for reliable wet-out with EVA, APAO and ROPO hot-melt adhesives, and a light anti-blocking finish is available to prevent roll-set blocking during high-temperature storage. Supplied on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, wrapped and packed on wooden pallets. FOB USD 2.00 per kg; MOQ 1000 kg; monthly supply 500 tons; delivery 15–25 days by T/T.
