Track-type automatic all-position pipe girth welding system using MIG/MAG/FCAW processes. Current designation FXM-G219 (G219), paired with the FXM50 Pro power source. Pipe outside diameter from 219 mm; wall thickness 5–100 mm, with welding procedure and configuration confirmed for the actual joint. Power-source current range 10–500 A, three-phase 400 V with -15% to +20% input tolerance, 50/60 Hz. Rated duty cycle 500 A at 60% and 390 A at 100%. Process recipes can be stored and recalled. Suitable for pipe fabrication, petrochemical, power and other large-pipe applications. The photograph shows the track carriage on a representative workpiece; rail, head, power source and accessories are specified in the quotation. Manufactured by Hubei Feiyide Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Huanggang, Hubei, China, under FYID-Feiyide.
