CPP Film for Food Packaging

Cast polypropylene film, 25 to 60 micron, width 300 to 1500 mm, with seal strength above 25 N per 15 mm. Used as the sealant layer in laminated structures for snack, confectionery, bakery, frozen food and retort packaging. High clarity, good hot tack, low coefficient of friction for high speed packing lines, and corona treated on one side for lamination. Available in retort grade for sterilisation at 121 degrees. Rolls on 76 mm paper cores, wrapped in PE film and packed in five ply export cartons, 18 to 22 metric tons per 40 foot container. Minimum order 500 kilograms. Lead time 15 to 25 days after deposit. Customised width, core size and treatment available.
