CPP Cast Polypropylene Film 20 mic for Candy Wrapping

EZBridge supplier

CPP Cast Polypropylene Film 20 mic for candy and chocolate wrapping. Supplied by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. This 20-mic cast CPP film is a lightweight, highly transparent inner wrap for individual candy, chocolate, and confectionery pieces where a clear, soft, easy-to-open wrapper is needed. CPP's naturally soft texture and low stiffness give a gentle wrap that conforms to irregularly shaped candies, pralines, and tablet chocolates without tearing, while its clarity lets the product colour and any printed branding show through. CPP offers a good balance of moisture resistance and surface sealability at thin gauge, so the 20-mic structure protects sweets against surface drying and handling damage while still providing a reliable impulse seal. Sealant grades are produced with a low-temperature heat-seal surface that seals cleanly on high-speed candy wrappers and flow-pack machines, with consistent open-mouth strength and a clean tear line at the notch. Anti-blocking treatment and a low static surface are standard so the web feeds smoothly without sheets sticking together or wrapping against the drum. Typical widths cover single-serve candy and chocolate formats as well as the wider wraps used on multi-pack bars; roll lengths and slit widths are produced to the customer's wrapping machine. Terms: USD 2.00/kg FOB, MOQ 1000 kg, monthly supply up to 500 tons, lead time 15-25 days, payment by T/T. Supply on 3" and 6" paper cores on pallets. AEC GROUP in Hefei holds ISO 9001 quality management for consistent film supply.
