Metallized BOPP Film 45 Micron High-Reflectivity for Insulation Laminate
AEC GROUP exports a 45-micron metallized BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film with a high-reflectivity aluminium vacuum coat, developed for thermal insulation laminate structures used in HVAC duct wrapping, cold-chain liner boards, industrial pipe insulation facings and radiant-heat reflective building membranes. The metallized face delivers a high solar-reflectance and low emittance surface that reflects thermal radiation back into the conditioned space or process, reducing heat loss in refrigerated logistics, cleanroom cladding, cold-storage panel facings and pipe-in-duct thermal jackets, while the BOPP backing gives dimensional stability, puncture resistance and easy lamination to foil-faced bubble, EPS/XPS boards, glass wool batts and PE foam. Corona treatment on the uncoated side ensures reliable hot-melt adhesive bonding, extrusion lamination and solvent-based lamination to aluminium foil, kraft, PE and paper in multilayer insulation constructions. Supplied in 1200 mm to 1500 mm widths on 12" and 15" paper or plastic reels for direct run on thermal-bonding and lamination lines, the 45-micron gauge offers a balance of stiffness for handling and tight roll compaction for logistics.
