Metallized BOPP Film 35 Micron High-Barrier for Stand-Up Coffee and Tea K-Cup Pouch

AEC GROUP supplies 35-micron metallized BOPP film as a high-barrier, light-blocking outer layer for stand-up coffee and tea K-cup single-serve pouches, drip-brew filter bags and aromatic spice sachets. A vapor-deposited aluminum layer on the oriented BOPP base delivers a tight oxygen and moisture seal together with near-total light opacity, so roasted coffee and tea powders keep their aroma and colour through shipping and retail display without off-flavour or clumping. The metallized surface holds high-contrast gravure, flexo and digital printing for brand panels, roast-date windows and single-serve dosage graphics, and the outer film is compatible with poly and acrylic adhesives in BOPP/CPP and PET/Alu/CPP laminates as well as with heat-seal sealants so the finished pouch can be sealed on impulse and ultrasonic form-fill-seal machines at standard temperatures. Widths from 500 mm to 1800 mm; supplied on 3" and 6" paper cores, shrink-wrapped and exported on wooden pallets. Typical applications: stand-up and K-cup coffee/tea pouch outer film, drip-brew filter bag outer, aromatic spice and tea-bag sachet lamination, high-barrier and light-blocking retail food pack.
