This 50-micron clear BOPP film is the standard base web for pressure-sensitive carton sealing tape used in warehousing, retail shipping and parcel fulfillment. Extruded from high-quality polypropylene resin, it offers excellent clarity, balanced machine-direction and transverse-direction tensile strength, and reliable heat-seal performance on automatic and semi-automatic tape-slaying lines. The 50-micron gauge delivers consistent adhesion build-up, good slit resistance and dimensional stability during winding and dispensing, while the optically smooth surface keeps printed logos and branding crisp for branded shipping tape programs. It processes well on standard tape converters with acrylate, rubber or hot-melt adhesives and can be supplied with or without a silicone release back-coat for liner-less or tissue-backed formats. Typical widths are 48 mm, 50 mm and 52 mm wound to customer-specified outer diameters on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, compatible with most industrial dispensers and handheld applicators. The film meets food-contact packaging substrate requirements and is printable for anti-open, void-indicating and custom-ink sealing tape applications. Packing: rolls on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, shrink-wrapped and stacked on wooden pallets for export.
