PVDC Coated BOPP Film 23 Micron Width 1790 mm for Snack Barrier Packs

PVDC-coated BOPP film from AEC GROUP, 23 micron gauge on a 1790 mm roll, built as a high-barrier convert stock for snack and barrier-pack lamination. The continuous polyvinylidene chloride coat provides low oxygen transmission and strong aroma lock-in, while the biaxially oriented polypropylene base gives the web stiffness, optical clarity and soft heat-seal initiation for VFFS and HFFS lines. Film is corona-ready for flexo and gravure printing, shows low static build and clean unwind under high-speed packing, and meets dimensional tolerance ±1.5% across the web. Applications: chips and savoury-snack laminated pouches, moisture- and grease-sensitive snack barrier packs, overwrap for bakery-and-cracker flow packs. Packing: rolls on 3-inch and 6-inch paper cores, stretch-wrapped and banded on wooden pallets.
