BOPET Polyester Film 15 Micron Width 1450 mm for Electrical Insulation

AEC GROUP produces BOPET (biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate) polyester film at 15 micron gauge on a 1450 mm width web for electrical insulation, capacitor dielectrics and high-voltage insulating applications. The 15-micron BOPET web combines high tensile strength in both machine and transverse directions with excellent dielectric breakdown strength, low dielectric loss and stable capacitance across a broad temperature range, making it a standard choice for motor and generator insulation, transformer varnish dipping, wire and cable insulation and the foil layer in metallized and paper-metallized capacitors. The 1450 mm width suits high-speed slitting lines, allowing converters to produce multiple narrow insulation tapes or capacitor-grade rolls from a single parent web. Both surfaces can be corona or chemical treated for printable, printable-paintable or varnish-receptive grades; tracking-resistant and anti-blocking finishes are available. The web is delivered free of contaminants, flat and without wrinkles on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores. FOB USD 2.00 per kg; MOQ 1000 kg; monthly supply 500 tons; delivery 15–25 days by T/T.
