AEC GROUP supplies a 25-micron PVDC-coated BOPP surface film engineered for fresh and processed meat as well as cheese tray lidding that demands high oxygen and aroma barrier performance at the retail counter. The polyvinylidene chloride coating is applied to a biaxially oriented polypropylene base to extend open-face shelf life, keep moisture in and odours out, and provide a consistent seal on impulse, ultrasonic and hot-bar lidding machines. Typical end-uses include vacuum-formed polystyrene trays for deli meats, bacon, sliced ham, mozzarella and sliced cheese packs. Manufactured by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (Manufacturer & Trader, Hefei, Anhui), the material is wound on 3 inch or 6 inch paper cores, stretch-wrapped and secured on wooden pallets. Standard terms are FOB USD 2.00 per kilogram, MOQ 1 000 kg, T/T payment, 15–25 day delivery and a monthly supply capacity of 500 metric tons.
