AEC GROUP offers CPP (Cast Polypropylene) film in 36 micron gauge on a 1320 mm width, engineered for retort pouch applications that demand heat-seal reliability and high-temperature stability. The film provides a smooth, glossy surface with excellent thermal seal strength, making it the preferred inner sealing layer for retort and蒸煮 (retort-sterilized) food packaging. Our lines convert CPP into consistent jumbo rolls that hold dimensional tolerance across the full width, keeping downstream pouch and laminating equipment running without film defects or web breaks. Standard supply runs to approximately 500 tons per month from our Hefei production base. We ship on 3-inch or 6-inch paper cores, each roll is wrapped in stretch film and palletized on wooden pallets for clean container loading.
