BOPA Nylon Film 19 mic for Bakery Overwrap

BOPA (oriented polyamide/nylon) film, 19 micrometer gauge, is a high-barrier, high-puncture-strength packaging film produced by Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. (AEC GROUP), Hefei, China. The 19-mic BOPA web combines excellent oxygen and aroma barrier with outstanding mechanical toughness, making it the preferred overwrap and lamination-sealant layer for bakery products, sliced cheese, processed meats, and other moisture-sensitive foods. Standard widths from 450 mm to 1600 mm are available on 3" or 6" paper cores, supplied on pallets. Typical applications include mono-axial bakery overwrap, co-extrusion with LDPE/PE as a tie layer, and cold-glue lamination to BOPP/BOPET/CPP for retort, stand-up and three-side seal pouches. The film meets food-contact requirements and supports high-speed vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal equipment.
